Why are some of the login ads different sizes? I can upload 450x400 but the result image on the login page is always 350x100. Yet there are images in the list that are 350x400. Any suggestions

We have a pilot that made a request last night .... is it possible to have a shape, line, cross etc in the coloured button/lights that show aircraft in use and or pilots status. The pilot concerned is colour blind and the buttons appear all as greyish. A different shape in each coloured button/light...
