Re: PMDG 747 FMC easy "setup"
but it can be usefull when someone can give tips or something ... :( The point you are missing is that there are no tips to give. The FMC requires information to be entered in order for it to control VNAV & LNAV. It's up to you to enter that information. To learn "how" to enter the information, loo...

Re: PMDG 747 FMC easy "setup"
It's not as hard as it looks. I was intimidated for a long time. Read the manual and check out YouTube. A few words here can't explain it.

Re: Premium Accounts.
So if my one man airline goes inactive, what happens to my money & planes? Do I suddenly find myself broke unless I pay your ransom to get it back?

Re: MD-11 question?
I'm guessing stab trim is short for stabilizer trim (refering to the flight surfaces)? Well pardon me... I'm not a real world pilot and my total experience other than being an airline passenger amounts to 1/2 hour ride in a Cessna 172. Till now the "horizontal stabilizer flight surface" was known t...

Re: MD-11 question?
It turns out I had a button on my controller set for elevator trim and it works, but I'd never hear it called stab trim, that's what threw me off LOL.Quantum wrote:Hi,
For stab (stabiliser/tailplane) trim read elevator trim.

MD-11 question?
The PMDG MD-11 complains about "stab trim" before take-off and I haven't been able to find how it is adjusted. I've checked some of the PDF manuals with no luck. If any of you PMDG MD-11 pilots could help out, it would be appreciated

747 with red dot?
I have 747-400 with a red dot beside it and options are blank. This plane is at 99% and I don't have it for sale or in maintenance but it seems to be locked out for my usage of it(??)

Re: Flight cheats all weekend
It may not be completely realistic, but I don't taxi to parking. Once I land, I take the first available exit from the runway and stop then shut down the client.
If pilots feel the need to completely finish the flight to parking, then shut down the client first.

Is there any [online] docs you could recommend in regards to fule calculation? Thanx Will I found this little program on AVSIM. Re: Problems accessing the site and forums
If you completed the flight and the website or server was not available, you will be allowed to save the flight to be uploaded when the servers are back up. One of those flights I mentioned did have the option in the client to upload, but it didn't work. I tried several times. Thanx for the update,...
