Re: BC NORTH - over 250 aircraft, fantastic routes, we need YOU

Brian, As a one man VA, I have been Royally screwed by this change so I will be concentrating my efforts at FSE, where I see you are also active. Due to you being a fellow FSE guy I would like to offer you my entire fleet FOC. I have: 1xB734F 1xB190F 1xE190 1xB190 6xB734 1xB72A 1xB752 7xB739 (a few ...

Re: Problems accessing the site and forums

I have the error too. It's definately to do with the site, not your PC. I'm sure the guy's will get to fix it at somepoint. You'll just have to fly offline for a bit.

Happy Christmas and New Year to everyone.

Flights missing

Hey guys, I cannot book any flights for my fleet of B737-900ER. The aircraft are at LIMC, I am at LIMC, and I have given myself the 739ER type rating. What am I missing? I can book every other flight where the aircraft and me is at LIMC and I have a TR for the aircraft, just not the B737ER Rob Hirst...

Re: FS default plane types

The FS model is to too good anyway. I recomend the Vistaliner models for the older models http://www.eastern-va.com/vistaliners/downloads2.htm and the POSKY for the newer http://www.projectopensky.com/downloads-index.php Get a better panel for both from this link http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php...

Aircraft in wrong catagory

Hi guys, When I filter my routes by aircraft type, my B737-900 reg I-NEXG shows up when I filter by B737-400. It doesn't when I filter by B737-900. All my B737-400 show correct, as does my other B737-900. This aircraft is definately a 900 model. Can you look into please? http://www.fsairlines.net/in...

Re: Parking brake penalty

Right, I'll check this. I'm 100% sure I've engaged the brake on both the flights I've been pinged on. They were flown with two different airrcaft too so I'm not sure what's happenned here. I'll investigate further before replying again. BTW I no longer get the seatbelt "ding" when shutting down, wit...

Parking brake penalty

Hey guy's, How do you get the parking brake penalty? I've been pinged on it twice now, the only two flights I've done since the new clients and I don't recall being @done@ for it before. I haven't changed the way I fly (I think). Any help would be great as I'm losing 5 off my rep each time. Cheers t...

Re: Idle curiousity

On the subject of transfering the accounts, will you be transfering all the seemingly dormant accounts too? There looks like quite a few where there has been no activity for 12 months+. Looks like a good opportunity to weed out these defunct airlines?

Re: Using real world airline names....

I agree that it's time consuming for you guy's to trawl throught the many VA's to clear out those violating the rules. Maybe a process of self regulation could work where members flag up those which are not following the rules to help share the workload>

OK, thanks guy's. If I find some accurate data I'll send an edit. All I can find is stuff on the Wiki which is sometimes dubious :D

Fokker F27

There are a few of these up for sale in the traders list. If you click to look at the data, the range states zero. Can you please confirm / update this as I am considering purchasing one?
Thanks

You've leased the wrong plane to get started with. B707 drunks fuel like I drink beer! Start with something smaller 737, A320 until you get used to the workings of flynet. I've only been going for a month or so myself and it's quite easy to make money if you lower your ambitions to start with.

It's the Dreamwings Q100. Well documented issue with contact points being wrong on the original release. When you get to about 40kts on takeoff run it bounces to the point where takeoff is actually registered by the client at about 50kts! I've solved the fuel problem by actually fueling the tanks in...
