Re: To all airlines thinking about quiting...
I have quit but do not want to join any existing airine to fly. While I had Air Mermaid I already was a member of another group which allowed me to fly under any callsign, any a/c and any livery with similar features. The FSA for me was only for keeping a database of routes and a basic FDR. The reas...

Re: Premium Accounts.
Thanks for the clarification Konny.
In that case I would like to thank to all FSA staff for their work until today, and wish you all great success in the future.
As of today Air Mermaid is closed.
Merry Christmas.

Re: Premium Accounts.
I kinda didn't understand the "ability to create airlines" in Platinum thingy.
Is that mean if I chose not to pay 2 or 3 euros monthly I can't have my airline?

Re: Premium Accounts.
Hello I have been reading this topic for a long time. First of all, I was thinking like the developers. Thus, each member pays his/her share to fly. I don't know anything about this bandwidth and such issues. I also don't know anything about creating web pages (I even have trouble with the pre built...

Re: Need a repaint?
If they have a paintkit for the default FS9 747 I could try and take this project on... but only if there's a paint kit. I'm only saying this after fltsimmer said he cant do it, not hijacking yer thread mate. we do different models anywaysmaybe we should start one big paint thread. http://www...

Re: Hubs Maintenance Facilities And Gates
For those who confuse themselves with what we are doing here ;) Airline Tycoon Evolution lets the players manage their own airline. It also offers them the opportunity to build planes adapted to each mission and to trade them over the Internet. The players must manage : schedules and itineraries, ai...

Re: Suggestion: premium accounts for VA's (CEO accounts)
I wanna repeat my question asked elsewhere. Why some of you are so worried about one man shows? Just give me a reasonable answer and I will shut down my VA or re-open my doors to pilots. What I try to mean is, It is none of any others bloody business what I am cooking in my kitchen. That could be br...

@ Capt. Stokes, you can use 7-Zip which is free http://www.7-zip.org/
The bmp files can be huge for some mail clients.
If you really want to have them unpacked, the sender can use photobucket or imageshack or similar.

Re: Generating income
As to the prior statement if you are stating many VA's are a one man group, then FSA should have a policy for a time limit to have the owner of the VA recruit more pilots or face closure of an airline but that's a whole new idea that might be worth opening up a new topic on. What is wrong with one ...

Re: Client Plugin Open-Beta
Tried it. Win XP64 bit Pro + FS9
During approach I got dinged for a "client position change. flight aborted"
All I did was to switch from LNAV to HDG on PMDG B737-900
