We are afraid that an unathorized person registered a VA in FSA. The VA's CEO was not aware of this situation. Is that correct?
What can be done?
Appreciate your input.

Re: Problems accessing the site and forums
Yes indeed. I have had that problem for two days in a row. The first one after finishing a 6-hr flight SCEL-SVMI and after landing and parking I could not get thru. Yesterday I repeated the flight but when ready to depart I could not login. In both occasions the message was the same as yours: someth...

Re: Who has taken my plane away?
Hi Joe,
nothing can be done for there are no flights available. So I will buy the ticket back to SVMI.
I would very much appreciate if you could return the plane back at SVMI. Unless there is another action that I am not aware of.

Re: Who has taken my plane away?
Ok, thanks. I can see now the plane in TBPB but when I try to book the flight the client says that there are no flights available from that location. Would you help with this?
Appreciate that.

Who has taken my plane away?
On Sep 27 I flew SVMI-TBPB. The client recorded the flight. First time ever. On the flight back to SVMI, the monitor showed the flight being performed but at the end it was not recorded. Fifth time. Both the plane a myself remained at TBPB even I was penalized for not flying a booked flight (???) Ju...

Flight shown on Monitor but not recorded
This was my fifth flight with FSA. The first one was not shown on the monitor nor recorded. It was a long flight. My mistake. Second one was a shorter flight. Did not check the monitor. Was not recorded. Third one was a repetition of the second one. Not checked on the monitor. Flight was recorded. F...

Re: Actual flight not shown on Flight Monitor
Actually I didn't notice that. After the flight I exited the client and checked my status.
My problem is that I will be fined because that long flight I cannot repeat it until the weekend.

Re: Actual flight not shown on Flight Monitor
Thanks for the message Myrm. As feared, my flight did not get recorded. After almost 6 hrs of flying and a successful landing, the client shows I am still at the origin airport. I have read the different messages in another post but there is no answer for what I need to do. Thanks.

Actual flight not shown on Flight Monitor
I am not sure whether this is a bug or not but as this precise moment I am flying from SVMI to CYYZ, FL VIA816 CVAV. The flight Monitor shows the flight as booked. I have the latest FSUIPC 3.82 version, everything went perfect during the pre-flight procedures and the FSAirlines Tray Icon shows Cruis...

I use this gauge not only for the landing lights but also as a reminder to set the QNH mostly when I fly out of USA. It is excellent. I may also suggest some of Glenn's gauges that I use as a virtual copilot like the ARM gauge that arms the reversers and spoilers and deploys them after the nose touc...

Hi John, thanks for your reply. Will be waiting for the new formulae. If you don't mind, I would like to address to you a problem we are having with our DC10/30. We are having heavy revenue losses because, for some reason, the Client does not assign cargo, only passengers. We believe it maybe caused...
