Re: Time to Say Good Bye

Bon Voyage Tyler and good luck with your flying career. I was hoping to buy you out using your Merger system but never got the chance, sad to see all those $billions going out of the game. All the best for the future. I considered giving parts away to different airlines, but I decided in the end, it...

Time to Say Good Bye

For those of you who actually remember me... Well, as I'm sure most of you saw a few months ago, the Used market was flooded with aircraft from North Eastern Airways. That was because I let my account expire due to a few reasons, mainly being it did not automatically withdraw as it was supposed to, ...

Re: Fuel prices

Im going to say no because airlines will charge higher fares to offset the higher costs of fuel, so unless you do the same for regions with varying fare prices, you dont gain anything from it in the game. 1) ok 2) not sure about this 3)this doesnt really have any truth to it. I fly out of Beaver Cou...

Re: How to Antonov An 124-210 in my virtual airline

Aircraft like the Aerospacelines Guppy, which never saw non-government service Thats not true unless your talking strictly about the pregnant guppy. But the guppy was a family, not just a single type. You had the Pregnant guppy (one built), Mini Guppy (2 built) and Super Guppy (at least 5 built). T...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

Actually, I thought I had already changed the -300ER seating, it was the -300 seating I wasn't going to change since it was an after-market mod, and everything I've found says that if it was applied, it was done to very few aircraft, so the 290-seat arrangement would be the "more correct" seating. ...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

No, the CAA document says 767-300ER aircraft are the only ones that can do 351 pax as they're the only ones the modification is approved for. While it identifies the aircraft as a "767-304", both Boeing's production list and several online sites identify the aircraft in question and all other aircr...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

You're right, there is a CAA document allowing for the conversion of Britannia Airways aircraft to 351 passenger seats in compliance with the FAA Type Certificate (it even says in the CAA document that the FAA certificate is being revised as a result of the modification being granted Britannia). If...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

Here is your proof for the 767-300! even includes the faa certificated max seating. This was origionally for one aircraft, but then applied to all applicable 767-300 a/c.

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

The FAA certification requirement is that the aircraft be able to empty out in 90 seconds. They limit the number of seats based on that. That's why the 737-900 is restricted as you say. I'm just going off what the type certificate sheets show. Agreed, however use common sense. If the -900 is able t...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

I'm using the FAA's maximum exit limits as declared on the Type Certificates for the all the Boeing aircraft, so they're right. Don't know what you're using, but they got bad data. I didn't change the 787-9 since it still doesn't exist and isn't included on the Type Certificate at all. Hate to brea...

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed

Two things here. First i want to request a tool that i can apply the changes to all the aircraft of that type. I have over 700 mainline sized aircraft in my fleets, i cant possibly edit them all myself. An "apply config to all" button would work fine. Second. Cap, i was looking at some of the aircra...
