Re: Premium Accounts.
No. The economics will not be changed. Great that was what I wanted to hear. Without all that fuss it created. ...being rude and disrespectful in the way you do it, does not make us any more likely to change it. My behavior has nothing to do with FSA economy. But You think I'm rude, so You won't ch...

Re: Premium Accounts.
I don't see how the Ticket Factor is stupid? It is stupid, because it creates fake economy, same like accelerated flights, flying 747 to places like Santa Catalina etc... ticket factor is the sole thing that allows airlines to operate aircraft like the concorde... I know for what TF was created and...

If You go to avsim.net forum in section dedicated to TM2, there can be found much simpler explanation.

Re: Pax seats number change - possible?
There is currently some discussion between the developers and admins to allow VA's to operate aircraft of the same type with alternative seating capacities. At least that's good. At this moment in time we will not be adding aircraft of the same type to the database to give variations of seating cap...

Pax seats number change - possible?
Hi Just wonder if it would be possible to add to database aircrafts with different pax seats number. Maybe not for all airplanes, but just for most common. It can be restricted to just two versions - standard two class as it is now and another one charter/LCC :?: It wouldn't add much problems to dat...

Re: Why the TF is not good...
Hi Another thing to add. Today I made flight from poprad to Hurghada, roughly 1600NM with a 1-11. FSA calculated standard price as $187. Since 1-11 has that stupid TF of 1.5, which means that the pax income should be 99 x 1.5 x 187 = $27769. 1.5 means 3 times more than normal, so to get rid of TF, w...

The fuel proce is only one thing, mostly here in EU is the noise, lack of parts, maintenance etc...Quantum wrote:Assuming that airframes and avionics were still good, the fuel inefficient/less powerful engines would preclude their use.

Re: Why the TF is not good...
I can definitely see the 737s Glad we agree at least here  as they're still used today with profitability. The BAC's I'm not as sure about as when I've been flying them, at normal ticket rates, they wouldn't have made anything except on really long flights, not the mid- to short-range flig...

Re: Why the TF is not good...
How about some examples? It does no one any good to make a statement as if it's fact but not support it with examples. Hello BAC 1-11 - 400 BAC 1-11 - 500 which shoud have 109 seat (there was long debate about it). Boeing 737-200 Boeing 737-200 adv Boeing 737 -200 QC I can say about airplanes that ...

Re: Why the TF is not good...
The aircrafts with the TF's applied are less economical to run due to payload restrictions due to higher fuel burns and less powerful engines. But for some airplanes, decision to apply TF was wrong. If you chase numbers you aren't ever going to be happy as there will always be something to beef abo...

Why the TF is not good...
Hello Recently my old planes started to earn more than usual. I look closer and... oh yes that new ticket factor. Idea maybe was right, but rest... take o look... Airline F has two planes "A" and "B". Both with similar capacity of 100 pax. "A" is with standard ticket factor of 1, and "B" has ticket ...

Re: Problem with 1-11
I was flying a 510ED in which... Ahhh You got me :) I completely forgot about those ED with Trident style instruments. It was funny 2 different rating for normal 1-11 and ED. Something like for 737-200 and for rest of 737. But If we are here, one question. ED had also AP from Trident, but it didn't...

Re: Problem with 1-11
Managed to get a first flight in a 500 with v1.0.3 and for some reason, the aircraft burned from the LH tank only. Didn't realise this until landing/unhooking the AP (AP covering tank gauges when open)... I did 9 flights since client 1.0.3 on 400/500 and never had any problems. So to speak I have h...
