Re: Airbus A380 end of production

Just saw this on the news, "The very last 747 jumbo jet just rolled off Boeing’s assembly line"

https://www.cnn.com/2022/12/06/business ... index.html

So I am now going to set all the 747's as out of production, price reduced as normal.

Re: Wrong airport KJFK

Your probably two far from the airports coordinates in the database, try starting on a different runway or at the terminal.

Re: Boeing Business Jet Ticket Facotor

At one point, when I added the first class and business class seat replacement factors I adjusted all the ticket factors to make things more consistent. For the BBJ's I purposely set the values so that the BBJ would generate less revenue that the corresponding passenger versions of the same aircraft...

Re: DC Design Concorde

Are you using SimConnect or FSUIPC7? If your using SimConnect try using FSUIPC, I implemented a feature using FSUIPC where it can read the total fuel regardless of the number of fuel tanks but I have not done that for SimConnect yet. Make sure your using the readonly fueling method in the client. i...

Helicopter payload

More of a clarification than a new features, but when we are trying to figure out the cargo capacity of a helicopter, should we include what can be carried as an external load or just what can be carried inside the aircraft? Its not so much a question of can it be lifted but can it be carried for a ...

Re: WSSS Airport ICAO Change?

Sorry, WSSS is fixed. I have been working on an airport database update, based on information from the new simulators. One of the goals of this update is that there should not be any airport within 2 miles of another airport and I was working on merging airports that are too close and for some reaso...

Re: Aircraft Conversion Issue

I think we only setup converting a 700 to a 550, not the other way around.

Mainly because the first 550's were actually converted 700's but there is no record of anyone converting a 550 back into a 700 that I can find in the real world.

Re: Hughes H-4 Hercules AKA Spruce Goose

Things were a little more lax then and if you remember they were not planning on taking off that day and many have speculated that the reason Hughes only made that short hop and not a longer flight was because the press was on board. The H-4 was being built as military transport, not a civilian pass...

Re: Website Update? Right Margin Now HUGE

I just made an update to the code that will prevent this from happening again in the future. If anyone puts in a word or combination of letters/numbers/symbols longer that 32 characters the code will now just split it into parts so the window does not get to wide.

Just to be clear, I can rent this as a personal aircraft,
but I cannot rent it with the airline I'm in?
